After School Programs

KinderCare

Desert Marigold School offers a fee-based after school option for students in preschool and Kindergarten. The program has two options:

12:15pm - 2:00pm - $12 per day

12:15pm - 3:30pm - $22 per day

This program runs Monday through Friday. Parents/guardians may choose the days and times students will be attending. Billing is done a month in advance and is based on contract days and times.

So that new families can be included, my plan is to do the rollover to the 2023/24 school year right around July 1st.  This is when I will add all new families to ParentSquare (our main parent communication portal) and also the email groups.  Once that is done, I will send an email to state that the registration form for KinderCare will be coming, so that everyone is prepared.  So probably in the second week of July I will send the actual registration form, both on ParentSquare and via email.  It is an online form and very simple.

After School Options for Grades 1 through 12

Currently, Desert Marigold offers Homework Clubs for enrolled students on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. These programs run from 2:30 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. There is no fee for these programs. Space is limited and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
