Mr. Tanner has over fourteen years in the classroom and over eleven years at Desert Marigold School. Last year, Mr. Tanner began a new cycle, beginning again, with a first grade, his fifth class. Mr. Tanner has served Desert Marigold School in a variety of capacities. He was the school’s first and second eighth grade teacher, specialized in middle school mathematics, carried a class from grades one through six, and was a dedicated board member for nine years.

Mr. Tanner enjoys the outdoors, biodynamic gardening, bonsai trees, reading, and many other disciplines. He is an inspirational leader and believes that children need good role models. We are grateful he is a faculty member.
